How do I join Hona Rewards?
Joining is quick and easy! Just create an account here and opt in to the program. You’ll automatically start earning points with your very first purchase.
Is the Hona Rewards free to join?
Absolutely! It’s completely free—no membership fees, no hidden costs. Just our way of saying thanks for being part of the Hona community.
How do I earn points?
There are lots of ways to earn! You’ll collect points when you make purchases at TryHona.com, leave product reviews, celebrate your birthday, follow us on social media, refer friends, and more. The more points you rack up, the bigger the rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
It’s easy! Just make sure you’re logged into your Hona account. Then, scroll to Hona Rewards tab to view your available rewards. Choose the one you want, apply your unique code at checkout, and add the qualifying item to your cart.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire on a rolling 12-month basis. Each point you earn is valid for 12 months from the date it’s added to your account; after that, it expires automatically. (Example: points earned on Aug 1, 2025 expire Aug 1, 2026.)
Do subscription orders qualify for reward points?
Yes! Subscriptions are the heart of Hona Rewards. You'll earn points on every subscription order (and save 17%!).
Can I combine my loyalty reward and a promo code?
Good news: YES! You can stack your Hona Rewards with a promo code to save even more on your next order.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope! The more you shop and engage, the more you earn. There’s no cap, so keep the points coming.
Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?
We love hearing from you! You can post one review per product and earn points for each unique review. Share your experiences across different products and keep earning.
How does referring friends to Hona earn me rewards?
Every Hona customer gets a unique referral link, available in the Hona Rewards section of their account. Share your link via email, text, or social media. When your friend uses it to place their first order of $45 or more, you’ll receive $10 off your next purchase.
When will I receive my refer-a-friend reward?
Your $10 reward is applied as soon as your friend’s qualifying purchase is completed. Referral rewards typically appear in your account within 24 hours of your friend’s purchase.
Can I track my referral activity?
Yes! Just sign into your Hona account, select Hona Rewards, and you’ll see your referral history along with your points and rewards balance.
How many friends can I invite?
As many as you’d like, there’s no limit. Keep in mind that rewards only apply to a friend’s first-ever Hona purchase.
Can I refer friends outside the United States?
At this time, the program is available only to residents of the 50 United States. Both you and your friend must live in the U.S. to qualify.
