How do I log into my account?
Click “Login” in the navigation bar, then enter the email you used when placing your order. That’s it—you’ll be able to view and manage your account.
How do I manage my subscription order?
You’re in control! Log into your account here with the same email you used to set up your subscription. Once logged in, select the "Subscriptions" tab. From there, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
How do I process a return?
First, review our Return & Refund Policy to see if your order qualifies. If it does, email us at contact@tryhona.com within 30 days of purchase. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus shipping) within 7 business days after product is returned.
